Welcome to “Looking Back and Looking Ahead.” This week we will introduce ourselves and reflect on our experience in the AlphaRoute online courses. The purpose of this course is to evaluate the courses so far. We want to find out what students like and what students do not like about the online courses. We will use what we learn from you to plan courses for the Fall. So to help us and all AR students, you need to be BRUTALLY honest. This week we will start with the positive. Reply to this message and tell us a little bit about yourself and which courses you have taken. Then tell us about your favourite Alpharoute online course and why you liked that course the best. Call your message ___________’s favourite course and put your name in the blank. Just to remind you --- the courses were: 2. Your Rights in the Workplace 3. Research on the Web: Evaluating Internet Resources 4. How to Find Work Using the Internet Next week we will do a survey and you can post your replies anonymously – no-one will know who said what. And in week 3, we will ask you to tell us what courses you would like to see in the Fall. |
| Week 2
This week I am asking you to do a survey. You can answer questions anonymously. That means you do not sign your name. The survey is at www.surveyconsole.com/console/TakeSurvey?id=102401 Read the introduction and then answer the questions. There are 32 questions. For 2 of the questions we have asked you to write a short answer. Please give your most honest answers to the questions. The information you share is confidential. Please try to complete and send the course evaluation by June 18, 2005. When you are done, email traceym@alpharoute.org and tell me what Question # 32 is. This will let me know that you did the survey. |

help you in your life or work (computers, job search, job skills, health
