I feel healthy when ...

I am working on health in my every day life. This starts with my thinking and habits. In todays life stress are feeling good means many things. Body, mind and soul. Praying to my higher power,speaking with friends.

Do you have a garden? My garden is what helps me to be healthy. Whenever I feel like I never can get anything done and the world is falling in on top of me I can go to my garden and see how I have helped it grow and how many birds and rabbits and squirrels visit and I know the world needs me at least a little.

Flowers are the color to the soul. Growing these roses in the garden is fun and many other plants.

I have a small garden in the front of my home. I like to see the trees and flower's when they grow. This make me feel happy also I think this helps me be healthy to. I hope it does the same for you

I feel healthy when I try to walk fast in the nighttime. I eat fruits and vegetables.

I feel Healthy when I go for a long walk. I feel good when I eat vegetables such as Carrots, and broccoli.

I feel healthy when I get good sleep, good nutrition, and have activities to do which make me feel productive.

When I eat the right food to start the day that make me very healthy.
